I wanted to send a Thank You letter for the quality services I received once again from Capital Construction. It is not expected to be a repeat customer, but that is how things played out in the start of 2018. With the cold temperatures this January, I experienced frozen pipes in my kitchen on January 6-7 and had to cut a hole in the basement ceiling to finally get heat to the frozen area. The basement was part of the restoration of 2017 and I was concerned the pipes had not been insulated properly. Mr. Wyatt was once again quick to respond and as always, professional. He reviewed the photos and agreed to send someone out to reinsulate the pipes and repair the hole in my ceiling as a courtesy for my restoration warranty. Additionally, they would check the insulation of the washer pipes just a few feet over. On January 8, the anniversary of the 2017 floor, I had a pipe burst in the garage. Unbelievable to be the same day, but it is true. A plumber was able to repair it quickly and there was no damage or loss. On January 10, Capital Construction crew Harvey and another gentleman came to do my repair. Just as I had experienced in the past, they were professional, listened to my needs and seamlessly completed the job while I was at work. Harvey also provided support to insulate the garage pipe and left me a note explaining the work he had completed. All the repairs were made in one day and display top notch quality and craftsmanship once again. Thank you Capital Construction for a positive experience during a challenging time. I will always recommend your company to anyone in need of repairs.
I recently had the privilege of meeting several of your employees due to a suspicious leak at my home. Everyone dreads having people in and out of their house to fix something, especially when you can’t always be there to see what they are doing.
Well, from the very first phone call with Nick, I was impressed. He and Jeff came to my house, explained everything that would take place from both sides of your company. They were prompt, polite and very knowledgeable and so willing to work with me and my schedule!
Every single person that came through my door was on time, polite and courteous. And on top of that, they ALL did a great job! I have worked with lots of contractors through the years (I’m a realtor) and I must say I have NEVER had such a great experience!

My purpose in writing is to as enthusiastically as I can, express my thanks to all, and I do mean all, those folks who represented Capital in the total process of dealing with the damages caused by frozen pipes at our home. It began with my first call to the office, when the damage occurred, and ended with the last “brush stroke”, and includes everything in between.
Being a retired businessman, I recognize and value outstanding, “taking those extra steps” type customer service when I experience it. Capital delivered in all aspects. The communications kept us in the loop every step of they way, the folks doing the work were professional and thorough, and very respectful of our home, even considering the work was in the garage. Lastly, everyone showed a genuine concern for seeing to it that we were being “put back together”. I think this is especially significant considering the myriad of difficulties your company was dealing with all over the area.
All in all, I can simply say this was an outstanding experience in every way.
Thanks for another job well done. Hopefully things in the house will hold together for now but if not, I’ll give you guys a call knowing that you guys do good work.
Capital just finished repairing my condo following a water back up problem I encountered. Capital is one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. Everyone who came to my house was friendly, extremely polite, was genuinely interested in making sure I was pleased with their work, were here when they said they would be and finished ahead of the date they had given me. I hope I never have to encounter a problem like I had again but if I do I will call Capital. Thanks to all who worked with me! And I love the way my condo looks now.
